Program 1: Business and Leadership Program (BLP) – open for all employees – 6 x 2 days spread over one year
BLP content: LEAN CULTURE, FINANCIAL SUCCESS, WINNING SALES, BEST PRODUCTS, CUSTOMER SERVICE and STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Program 2: High Impact Leader Leadership Program – open for employees in leading positions (managers, project managers, senior scientists etc) – 2 x 2 days
