You are looking to join a team of specialists focused on service/support and installations in North and South America.
YOUR TASK
In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will perform a variety of tasks including installations, troubleshooting and repair, application support, user demonstrations and training.
Working closely with our customers, you will develop a sense of their needs and goals and work closely with our sales team to capitalize on sales opportunities.
Your work locations will be on-site at our customers and remotely from your home office.

YOUR PROFILE
• You have a master master‘s degree or a doctorate in physics, physical chemistry, or engineering.
• You have previous experience working on surface science UHV systems.
• You have experience and knowledge in experimental surface analysis (e.g. ARPES, ESCA, HAXPES, MBE, STM/AFM).
• You like to work with your hands and have excellent mechanical skills.
• You are comfortably and proficiently communicating in English.
• You are service service-oriented and have a practical problem problem-solving approach.
• You are business oriented: You provide excellent support and understand the link between profit and customer satisfaction.
• You enjoy traveling and are available for installations and visits throughout North and South America as well as trainings in Europe.
YOUR WAY INTO YOUR NEW POSITION
You will work out of your home office within reach of a major airport. Your position will be legally assigned to Scienta Omicron, Inc. in Denver/CO.
