Due to the COVID-19 situation, keeping systems operating and maintained can be difficult for laboratories around the world.

Our goal is to support you, your instruments and your research as best as possible during this period. Our large team of experienced Service Engineers are located around the world, and are available for scheduled, dedicated support sessions at a time suitable for you.

In addition to providing you on-site support, in regions where it is possible, we would like to offer you Remote Support Sessions in order to keep your system operating effectively. We are prepared and look forward to supporting you remotely.

  • Available via teleconference/Skype using Teamviewer and screen share
  • Phone and email support
  • For troubleshooting, support or training
  • Single or multi-session packages available
  • The support session can be scheduled for up to 6 months after placing the order
