Multiprobe LT XA platform for advanced STM and QPlus AFM work in combination with optics (TERS and STL). 

The instrument is prepared for advanced STM, AFM studies on in-situ grown samples like molecular films on metals and semiconductors or insulators. The LT STM includes movable lenses for investigation of scanning tunneling luminescence (STL) and tip enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) at 4 Kelvin.
