E-Beam heater module for primary rotation manipulator stages. The filament can be biased up to -650 V.

Maximum heating power: 100 W.

Maximum sample plate temperature: 1370 K (1300 K with LN2 cooling facility installed).

Please note that the direct heating brush D1000-S has to be ordered in addition.
